Michael Beckett

Chief Operating Officer

Michael Beckett is Chief Operating Officer for DURA Automotive. In this role, he is responsible for all strategic growth, P&L, and operational initiatives across the global enterprise, which includes operations in 15 countries spanning Asia, Europe, North America, and South America.

DURA is a leading tier-one supplier of lightweight structural systems, luxury exterior trim systems and mechatronics to premier automotive brands. Michael mentors DURA teams to achieve benchmark levels of customer service, quality performance, and environmental leadership. His intense focus on lean manufacturing and total value management (TVM), coupled with a zero-defects approach, has delivered sustainable gains in overall performance and bottom-line results. Michael is based in the award-winning DURA-Birmingham, United Kingdom facility.

Michael joined DURA in 2016 as Vice President Operations Finance. In 2017 he was promoted to Vice President of Operations – Europe. Michael joined DURA following an accomplished finance, operations and general management career of more than 30 years with Delphi Automotive. During his tenure at Delphi, he served prominent roles as Finance Director for Electronics-Europe and Managing Director for Infotainment and Driver Interface Products. From 2012-2015 Michael served as Managing Director – Electrical / Electronic Architecture in Germany, where he instituted a wide-scale manufacturing footprint transformation while improving quality metrics and customer satisfaction. Prior to that, Michael held roles of Finance Director of Infotainment and Driver Interface Products and Finance Director of Delphi Electrical and Electronic Architectures as well as Controls and Security Products.

Fran?ois Stouvenot

Executive Vice President & Chief Commercial Officer

Fran?ois Stouvenot serves as Executive Vice President and Chief Commercial Officer of DURA Automotive Systems. In this role he is responsible for all sales, marketing and new business development strategy worldwide.

Prior to that, Fran?ois held the position of Executive Vice President for Commercial Operations since the beginning of 2009 and from 2005-2008 was Vice President of Sales and Purchasing for DURA Automotive Systems Europe.

From 2003 to 2005, he was President and General Manager of DURA France in charge of operations, business development and all activities with Renault Nissan and PSA Peugeot Citroen customers.

Fran?ois has more than 24 years of experience in the Chemical and Automotive Industries at various executive senior levels. He held increasingly responsible management positions within the Dow Chemical Company, most of them with the Engineering Products and the Automotive division. Just prior to joining DURA, Fran?ois was the Business Director for Dow Automotive Europe and President of Dow Automotive (France) SAS.

Fran?ois is a graduate of the ITECH school based in Lyon, France where he studied Chemistry. He later completed an Executive MBA at the HEC school in Paris.

Sanjay Singh

Executive Vice President & Chief Technology Officer

Sanjay Singh, EVP and Chief Technology Officer, is responsible for DURA’s overall innovation and global technology agenda. Sanjay’s responsibilities include shaping DURA’s technology strategy, as the company continues its path of growth and leadership in the areas of lightweight structures, smart exterior trim systems, mechatronics, human-machine-interfaces and advanced mobility solutions.

Sanjay has more than 25 years of experience as a leader in the automotive industry. He began his career at General Motors in 1991 as a project engineer in structural design of driveline, steering systems and advanced R&D, followed by design/release/integration of vehicle systems. After working for GM for 10 years, Sanjay joined TRW engineering leadership, where he developed chassis systems and launched the first 12-volt belt drive electric power steering (EPS) for mid-size cars and SUVs in North America. From 2013-2016, Sanjay held the position of Global Executive Director of Engineering at Nexteer Automotive followed by Executive Technical Advisor and Chief Technology Officer at Cresttek-JSP Corporation, leading development in the areas of chassis and powertrain
controls, active safety, autonomous mobility, vehicle dynamics, vehicle connectivity to smart cities, and virtual testing for advanced driver assist systems (ADAS).

Sanjay holds a Master of Mechanical Engineering from the University of Texas at Arlington, as well as a Bachelor of Science in engineering from the National Institute of Technology, Warangal, India.

Kevin Grady

Executive Vice President & Chief Financial Officer

Kevin Grady is Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer for DURA Automotive Systems. Kevin leads all of DURA’s financial activities, including treasury and tax. He also oversees global shared services and information technology.

Kevin became DURA’s Chief Financial Officer in June of 2015. He joined the company from Inteva Products, where he had been Vice President and Chief Financial Officer and was integral in the transformation of the company from a regional to a global manufacturing enterprise.

Kevin has held CFO positions with multiple organizations including Accubuilt, Inc., Cadence Innovation and Mando Corporation. Throughout his career he has served international assignments in China, Japan, Korea and the United States. He began his career with Bank of Boston Corporation.

Kevin is a graduate of Michigan State University with a Bachelor of Arts in Accounting. He is a Certified Public Accountant.

Jonathan Greenberg

General Counsel & Secretary

Jonathan Greenberg is General Counsel and Secretary for DURA Automotive Systems, LLC. In this role, he is responsible for DURA’s global legal and compliance function – including negotiation of contracts and other commercial relationships, management of litigation and other risks, ensuring adherence to corporate governance requirements, compliance with global legal and regulatory regimes, and patent and other IP filings, along with related enforcement.

Jonathan previously served as General Counsel at three publicly traded companies in the defense, aviation and high technology sectors. Before that, he was General Counsel and Senior Corporate Counsel at two technology companies in the Washington, D.C. metro area. Jonathan began his legal career at a major Wall Street law firm, and practiced as an associate at the D.C. offices of Holland & Knight, a leading global law firm with over 1,500 attorneys, before being elected partner in 2000.

Jonathan earned his undergraduate and law school degrees from the University of Virginia. He is admitted to the bars of New York, Washington, D.C. and Texas, and has served on the boards of several charitable foundations and the General Counsel Forum (Austin/San Antonio chapter).

David Pettyes

Executive Vice President Global Human Resources

David Pettyes joined DURA Automotive Systems in April 2016 as Executive Vice President for Global Human Resources. In this role, he is responsible for all aspects of Human Resources across the enterprise, including oversight of talent management, compensation & benefits, organizational development, and labor relations initiatives.

David’s role with DURA augments an accomplished career of more than 20 years serving automotive and technology companies. David has been responsible for a broad range of HR disciplines, including organizational development, leadership, and talent development, succession planning process design, global compensation, HR information systems, and labor relations. In his most recent assignment, he served as vice president and chief human resources officer for Visteon Corporation. Prior to that, David led human resources for numerous divisions of Delphi Corporation including serving in Shanghai, China as vice president of global HR for Packard – the largest division within Delphi – supporting 120,000 employees and $8.5 billion in revenue, and leading HR activities for Delphi in the Asia Pacific region. Previously he served as vice president of Global HR for Delphi’s Electronics and Safety Division.

David began his career in HR roles with General Motors Corp. He served in various plant, corporate and divisional positions of increasing responsibility, including personnel director of a multi-plant, multi-division site; corporate global director of compensation, payroll and HR information systems; and global HR Director for the gas engine management systems unit within Delphi’s Powertrain division.

David holds both bachelor’s and master’s degrees from Michigan State University.

Jamie Zinser

Vice President Engineering

Jamie Zinser is Vice President of Engineering for DURA Automotive Systems. In this role, Jamie serves as a member of the executive leadership team, that sets the strategic direction for the company.

Jamie is responsible for all aspects of DURA’s global engineering and product development activities across four regions. Her product breadth comprises DURA’s complete portfolio of technologies that include lightweight body and chassis systems, powertrain solutions, mechatronic and electronic systems, HMI’s, driver control systems, and exterior systems.

Paramount to the successful definition of DURA’s next generation portfolio of products, Jamie drives teams to commercialize new innovations across Five Pillars of DURA Technology: Lightweighting, Design Aesthetics, Amalgamated Mechatronics, Advanced Mobility & Active Safety, and HMI & Infotainment Fusion.

Previously, Jamie was Director of Engineering for Global Structural Systems at DURA leading international product engineering for structural systems and lightweight innovation including closures, cross-car beams, and space frame systems.

Jamie joined DURA in 1994, and has led the development and launch of advanced structural and safety products across all continents. She has extensive expertise in aluminum and high strength steel engineering including crash management and marrying of dissimilar materials.

Jamie was recognized as one of the Top 100 Leading Women in the North American Automotive Industry by Crain’s Automotive News. She is often sought after by the media as a featured speaker in automotive industry technical events.

Jamie earned her MSBE from GMI Engineering and Management Institute in Flint, MI (now Kettering University).
